SAÔNE SUPPORT AND HELP DESK


Starting on the 1st of january 2008 NoorderSoft opens the SAÔNE SUPPORT AND HELP DESK in France. NoorderSoft offers, to the users of PC-Navigo and others, help and support with all kinds of problems that may occur during boat voyages through France. This help can be called upon both by commercial skippers and by leisure boaters.


The already required presence of staff at NoorderSoft's computer help desk (all of whom speak their 4 languages) brought up the idea to expand the help from "only for software" to "...and other emergencies": support in the following fields is available:

For the SAÔNE SUPPORT AND HELP DESK NoorderSoft will cooperate optimally with local waterway authorities, navigation services and private companies. Translation from and into all four western European languages is never a problem: if necessary communications can be translated by phone.

The first use of the SAÔNE SUPPORT AND HELP DESK is free of charge for users of current versions of NoorderSoft software (PC-Navigo 2007 and PC-Navigo 2008 for France or Europe); if a continued assistance is required, these users will benefit from a 50 % discount to the costs. Others who call upon the SAÔNE SUPPORT AND HELP DESK will be invoiced for the amount of time involved, and for possible additional expenses.

The SAÔNE SUPPORT AND HELP DESK of NoorderSoft can be reached via the usual phone number: 0(0 33) 3 84 78 17 90 (that is 00333 84 78 17 90 when calling from outside of France and 03 84 78 17 90 when calling from France) at the regular office hours: monday till friday from 09:15 a.m. till noon and from 2:00 p.m. till 4:45 p.m.
