NoorderSoft has 4 phone lines in Amsterdam and 5 phone lines in Ray-sur-Saône. Seven lines are available for our customers during office hours, 09.15 till 12.00 and 14.00 till 16.45 monday to friday :

00 31 20 682 28 75 :  the help desk lines for Dutch customers via NoorderSoft b.v. in Amsterdam (not available on Fridays!)

00 31  50 360 49 63  : the help desk lines for Dutch and German customers via Watersportalmanak.nl

00 33 3 84 78 17 90 : the help desk lines for Dutch and German customers via NoorderSoft France

00 33 3 84 78 17 92: the helpdesk line for English speaking customers;

00 33 3 84 78 17 93: the helpdesk line for French customers;

During periods of absence of our staff (for meetings, travel or customer visits) all phone lines are redirected to a mobile phone. It may occasionally be hard to reach someone, because GSM coverage in France is not optimal. In case you don't seem to manage to get in touch, please send an email to info@noordersoft.com and we'll get in touch with you as soon as we can.

We thank you for your understanding of the inevitability of delays in our response to your questions during the busy months, January through to May, when a large number of licenses and updates are sold.

During congestion of our lines you'll be redirected to an answering machine that lets you leave a message if you phone during office hours. The rates for a phone call to France are only slightly higher than those of an interlocal call, but they are higher if you phone from a mobile phone.
